摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,用户信息呈现井喷式增长,如何精确捕捉用户数据成为难题,而用户画像作为重要的用户信息提取工具,有助于准确的获取信息,了解用户的需求,提升用户体验感,实现个性化服务,在各个领域中得到了广泛的应用。为了提高用户画像的精确性,以多学科、多领域交叉为基础,规范用户画像构建流程,更加高效、准确的构建用户画像。通过对国内外文献的梳理与总结,重点分析了目前用户画像的五种构建方式,并从构建思路、优势、劣势三个方面对其进行详细的比较分析。目前用户画像的构建方存在构建维度单一、信息较为滞后、准确性较低等问题。未来应突破目前用户画像构建方式的局限性,促进与科学实验、数学模型、现代信息技术、系统科学实验等多学科的融合,为构建多元化、个性化的用户画像提供新的思路。
With the advent of the big data era,user information is growing in spurts,and how to accurately capture user data has become a problem,while user portraits,as an important user information extraction tool,help to accurately obtain information,understand user needs,enhance user experience,and realize personalized services,and have been widely used in various fields.In order to improve the accuracy of user portraits,we standardize the process of constructing user portraits based on the intersection of multiple disciplines and fields,and construct user portraits more efficiently and accurately.Through combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign literature,we focus on analyzing the five construction methods of current user portraits,and make a detailed comparative analysis of them from three aspects of construction ideas,advantages and disadvantages The current user profile construction parties have problems such as single construction dimension,relatively late information and low accuracy.In the future,we should break through the limitations of the current user portrait construction method,promote the integration with scientific experiments,mathematical models,modern information technology,system science experiments and other multidisciplinary disciplines,and provide new ideas for constructing diversified and personalized user portraits.
