摘要
通过拆分上料流程,分析并计算出各个环节运行一个周期所用的时间,找到PSG设备产能瓶颈;改进了纵向传送组件,由之前的一段传输改为两段传输;改进后的设备产能提升明显。
By splitting the feeding process,analyze and calculate the time it takes for each link to run a cycle,and find the capacity bottleneck of feeding automation equipment of removing phosphosilicate glass. The longitudinal transfer assembly has been improved,and the previous one-stage transmission has been changed to two-stage transmission. The improved equipment production capacity has increased significantly.
