聚丙烯腈平板膜对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能与机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用雾化辅助非溶剂诱导相分离法制备了聚丙烯腈(PAN)平板膜,利用1H NMR,SEM以及比表面积、吸附性能测试等方法对PAN平板膜的微观形貌及性能进行了表征。表征结果显示:PAN平板膜经雾化预处理后微观结构和比表面积均发生了变化,进而影响到膜对亚甲基蓝的吸附能力;随着雾化预处理时间的延长,PAN平板膜对亚甲基蓝的平衡吸附量由53 mg/g增至117 mg/g,提高了2.2倍;动力学模型拟合结果表明,PAN平板膜对亚甲基蓝的吸附是物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用的;吸附-脱附实验结果证明,PAN平板膜对亚甲基蓝有良好的循环吸附能力。制备简单、成本低廉、循环使用性能好的PAN平板膜能有效地处理亚甲基蓝的污染问题。 Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) flat membranes were prepared by an atomization assisted non-solvent induced phase separation method. The microscopic morphology and properties of the membranes were characterized by 1H NMR,SEM,and tests of specific surface area and adsorption performance. The characterization results show that the microstructure and specific surface area of PAN flat membrane are changed with atomization pretreatment,which in turn affect the adsorption capability of the membrane to methylene blue;with the extension of atomization pretreatment time,the equilibrium adsorption amount of the PAN flat membrane increases from 53 mg/g to 117 mg/g,an increase of 2.2 times;kinetic model fitting results indicate that the adsorption of methylene blue on PAN flat membrane is a combination of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption;the adsorption-desorption experiment results demonstrate that the PAN flat membrane has a good cyclic adsorption capability for methylene blue. The experimental results show that the PAN flat membrane with simple preparation,low cost and good recycling performance can effectively deal with the pollution of methylene blue.
