基于农业装备应用技术人才培养的乡村振兴发展研究

随着乡村振兴战略的不断推行,“职业农民”成为了现代农业建设的主体,农业装备成为了乡村振兴战略中所必不可少的工具。为了更好地服务于乡村振兴战略,切实满足当前农业的发展需求,高职院校需要切实做好农业装备应用技术人才培养。基于此,文章将对当前农业装备应用技术人才培养措施进行分析。

With the continuous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, "professional farmers" have become the main body of the current modern agricultural construction, and agricultural equipment has become an indispensable and important tool in the rural revitalization strategy. In order to better serve the rural revitalization strategy and effectively meet the current agricultural development needs, higher vocational colleges need to do a good job in the training of agricultural equipment application technology personnel. Based on this, this paper will analyze the current agricultural equipment application technology personnel training measures for reference.
