江苏省中职院校机械专业实践教学改革的困境及发展策略

Dilemma and Development Strategy of Practical Teaching Reform of Mechanical Major in Secondary Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province

随着机械制造行业的广泛复苏,现代社会对工作的实际技能和使用机械人才的技术能力提出了更高的要求。在此环境下,可以提供大量专业技术人才的中等职业院校的教学质量越来越受到社会各界的关注。目前行业发展面临的人才缺失、职业院校缺乏就业导向、机械类专业教学方案尚未完善等困囿。针对上述问题,本研究结合自身教学经验,以江苏省中职院校为基础,明确提出要适时加大实训基地建设力度,切实加强执业教师培训,制定制定综合课程教学标准和教材,加强综合课程教师队伍建设。以期为机械专业的教学提供改革思路,全面提升中职院校学生综合实力奠定基础。

With the continuous development of secondary vocational education, the reform of teaching quality is getting more and more attention from the society. The extensive recovery of the machinery manufacturing industry is rapidly increasing the demand for mechanical professionals, while modern society has put forward higher requirements for the practical skills of work and the technical ability of using mechanical talents. The current industry development is faced with the lack of talent, the lack of vocational colleges employment-oriented, mechanical professional teaching programs have not been perfected and other difficulties. In response to these problems, we should increase the construction of practical training bases in due course, effectively strengthen the training of practicing teachers, develop and formulate comprehensive course teaching standards and teaching materials, and strengthen the construction of a comprehensive course teacher team. In order to provide reform ideas for the teaching of mechanical majors and lay the foundation for comprehensive improvement of students’ comprehensive strength in secondary colleges and universities.
