摘要 文章以钻天杨为研究对象,通过6种施氮处理,研究不同氮肥对钻天杨苗木各器官总氮含量和苗木生长情况的影响。结果显示,与未施肥的CK处理相比其余5种处理苗木生长情况、各器官含氮量与植株总含氮量均显著增加;T1与T2处理相比,T1处理植株各器官含氮量、植株总氮量和苗木生长值均显著高于T2处理;T3、T4和T5处理植株各器官含氮量、植株总氮量和苗木生长值均显著高于施用单一肥料的T1和T2处理。T3和T4的根、皮、茎和叶等不同部位含氮量、植株总含氮量和苗木生长值差异显著,而T5与T4处理并不显著。因此,认为T4处理为最适钻天杨苗木生长的施肥比例。 In this paper, the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on the total nitrogen content of organs and the growth of Populus nigra var.italica(Moench) Koehne seedlings were studied by six nitrogen application treatments. The results showed that, compared with CK treatment without fertilization, the growth of seedlings, nitrogen content of each organ and total nitrogen content of plants were significantly increased under the other 5 treatments. Compared with T2 treatment, nitrogen content of organs, total nitrogen content of plants and seedling growth value in T1 treatment were significantly higher than those in T2 treatment. Nitrogen content in organs, total nitrogen content and seedling growth value in T3, T4 and T5 treatments were significantly higher than those in T1 and T2 treatments treated with single fertilizer. T3 and T4 had significant differences in nitrogen content, total plant nitrogen content and seedling growth values at different parts such as root, bark, stem and leaf, while T5 and T4 had no significant differences. Therefore, T4treatment is considered to be the most suitable fertilizer ratio for the growth of Populus nigra var. italica(Moench) Koehne seedlings.
