澳洲淡水龙虾养殖技术

摘要 近年来,随着养殖技术日趋成熟和国内餐饮业消费升级,澳洲淡水龙虾养殖产业呈现较快的发展势头。但是,澳洲淡水龙虾作为外来引进品种,养殖技术要求较高,其品质受水质、水温条件制约明显,部分养殖户在投饲和病害防治上还存在一定误区,养殖中存在的问题往往导致龙虾减产,给养殖户带来较大的经济损失。因此,科学合理的饲养技术是保障澳洲淡水龙虾品质、提高养殖户经济效益的关键。对此,文章阐述了澳洲淡水龙虾的生物学特性和引进情况等,根据其生长特性和实际养殖经验,总结澳洲淡水龙虾关键养殖措施,以期帮助广大澳洲淡水龙虾养殖户提高养殖水平,促进我国澳洲淡水龙虾产业发展和社会经济进步。 In recent years, with the increasingly mature aquaculture technology and the upgrading of domestic catering industry, Australia’s freshwater lobster aquaculture industry has shown a rapid development momentum. However, as an imported species, Australian freshwater lobster has high requirements for breeding technology, and its quality is obviously restricted by water quality and temperature conditions. Some farmers still have certain misunderstandings in feeding and disease prevention, and problems in breeding often lead to lobster production reduction and bring great economic losses to farmers. Therefore, scientific and reasonable feeding technology is the key to ensure the quality of Australian freshwater lobster and improve the economic benefits of farmers. In this paper, the biological characteristics and introduction of Australian freshwater lobsters are described, and the key aquaculture measures of Australian freshwater lobsters are summarized according to their growth characteristics and practical aquaculture experience, in order to help Australian freshwater lobsters improve their aquaculture level, and promote the development of Australian freshwater lobsters industry and social and economic progress.
