摘要
目前我国农业机械生产相关力学传感器、热敏传感器和气体传感器及其核心部件90%以上依赖进口,因此,需要对核心技术进行突破与发展,逐步提高我国自主研发水平。以农业机械受力监测传感器研制为主要目标,研制一种新型电阻应变式测力传感器,系统论述其基本结构与工作原理,并开展力学特性分析与检测,研究结果表明,所设计的电阻应变式测力传感器可以满足旋耕机田间工作时的受力及疲劳监测要求,其应用经济效益和社会效益均具有显著的优势。研究结果可以为农业机械化和智能化生产、制造提供技术支持。
At present, China’s agricultural machinery production-related mechanical sensors, thermal sensors and gas sensors and their core components more than 90% rely on imports, therefore, the need for breakthroughs and development of core technologies, and gradually improve China’s independent research and development level. This study takes the development of force monitoring sensors for agricultural machinery as the main objective, develops a new type of resistance strain sensor, systematically discusses its basic structure and working principle, and carries out analysis and testing of mechanical characteristics, the research results show that the variable rolling force sensor designed in this research can meet the requirements of force and fatigue monitoring of rotary tiller field work, and its application of economic and social benefits have significant The results of this study show that the variable rolling force sensor designed in this research can meet the requirements of force and fatigue monitoring of rototillers in the field. The research results can provide technical support for intelligent production and manufacturing of agricultural mechanisation.
