设计一种带有自动启停功能的全日粮饲料制备机,该机饲料混合程度高,搅拌均匀,品质高,能够达到畜类食用健康标准,生产效率高,卸料干净。从总体结构、工作原理、技术参数、主要工作部件设计、机具的创新点、效益分析几个方面论述了带有自动启停功能的全日粮饲料制备机,通过生产试验表明该机采用副搅拌轴为通轴,副搅拌轴上的绞龙绕中轴线均匀分布且不是满轴排列,不会出现物料堆积,使饲料混合度更均匀。

Effectively solve the problems of deformation and jamming of the main mixing shaft and auxiliary mixing shaft. The production test shows that the auxiliary mixing shaft is adopted as the through shaft, and the augers on the auxiliary mixing shaft are evenly distributed around the central axis and not arranged in full axis, so that there will be no material accumulation, and the mixed feed will be higher and more uniform after mixing, which can meet the health standard for livestock consumption. The general structure, working principle, technical parameters, design of main working parts and innovation of machines and tools are described. The performance test results of the prototype show that the machine works stably, has strong adaptability, and has high working efficiency, all of which meet the design requirements.
