摘要
为解决农业耕作过程中拖拉机无力的问题,通过对实际耕作中用户反映的拖拉机无力问题进行汇总分析,得到农业耕作过程中拖拉机无力的原因主要有以下5个方面;一是机具匹配不合理;二是土壤比阻过大、干旱板结或过分潮湿、耕深过大;三是“大马拉小车”问题造成,四是发动机故障,五是用户心理预期问题造成。按照这几个方面原因分析排除,能有效解决拖拉机使用中出现的作业无力、拉不动问题,适宜推广应用。
In order to solve the problem of tractor power loss in the agricultural cultivation process, we summarized and analyzed the problems of tractor power loss reported by users in the actual cultivation process, the main reasons are the following five aspects: a) unreasonable matching of tractors and implements;b) the soil resistivity is too high, drought hardening, or excess soil moisture, and the tillage depth is too large;c) the problem of "big horse pulling a small carriage" namely the oversized and under-loaded motor;d) engine failure;e) problem with user’s expectation. Generally speaking, the problems of tractor power loss or not moving can be effectively solved by analyzing or eliminating according to the above reasons, which is suitable for popularization and application.
