摘要 创新引领发展,作为高等教育的主体,本科教育中学生创新能力培养亦然成为热点问题。针对地方院校本科生创新能力现状,结合专业的师资力量、科研平台与科研实践项目,探索了基于科研导师制的生物工程专业本科生创新能力培养模式。在培养过程中通过导师早引导,本科生早介入、早训练,提升本科生的创新能力和科研素养,在专业教育中实现科教相长、研学相促。 Innovation leads development. As the main body of higher education, the cultivation of students’ innovation ability in undergraduate education has also become a hot issue. According to the current situation of innovation ability of undergraduates in local universities, combined with professional teachers, research platform and research practice projects, the cultivation mode of innovation ability of undergraduates in bioengineering major based on research tutor system was explored. In the process of training, the early guidance of tutors, early intervention and early training of undergraduates can improve the innovation ability and scientific research quality of undergraduates, so as to realize the coordination of science and education and the promotion of research and learning in professional education.
