肺癌化疗病人自我管理行为与自我感受负担的相关性研究

Correlation between self-management behaviors and self-perceived burden in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的:调查肺癌化疗病人自我管理行为和自我感受负担的现状,并探讨自我管理行为对病人自我感受负担的影响。方法:便利抽取衡阳市及抚顺市4所三级甲等医院肿瘤科的413例肺癌化疗病人,用一般资料调查表、肺癌化疗病人自我管理行为量表和自我感受负担量表进行调查。结果:病人自我管理行为得分为(67.71±11.28)分,处于中等水平;自我感受负担得分为(34.26±9.62)分,处于中等偏低水平;肺癌化疗病人自我管理行为总分及各个维度得分与自我感受负担总分及各个维度得分呈负相关(P<0.01);分层回归结果显示,肺癌化疗病人自我管理行为中的饮食管理、日常生活管理、治疗相关管理及社会心理管理是病人自我感受负担的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌化疗病人的自我管理行为与其自我感受负担呈负相关,医护人员可通过提高肺癌化疗病人的自我管理行为,降低其自我感受负担。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of self-management behaviors and self-perceived burden in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy and to explore the impact of self-management behaviors on patients′self-perceived burden.Methods:From March 2021 to June 2022,a total of 413 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy in the oncology departments in four third grade A hospitals in Hengyang city and Fushun city were conveniently selected.The general information questionnaire,self-management behaviors scale,and self-perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)were used for the investigation.Results:The patient′s self-management behaviors score was(67.71±11.28),which was at a moderate level;the SPBS score was(34.26±9.62),which was at a moderately low level.The total score and each dimension score of lung cancer chemotherapy patients′self-management behaviors were negatively correlated with the total score of perceived burden and the score of each dimension(P<0.01).The hierarchical regression results showed that the diet management,daily life management,treatment-related management,and social psychological management in self-management behaviors in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy were the important influencing factors of patients′self-perceived burden(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-management behaviors of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were negatively correlated with their self-perceived burden.Medical staff could reduce their self-perceived burden by improving the self-management behaviors of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
