基于CiteSpace的医院感染防控研究热点分析

Nosocomial infection prevention and control based on CiteSpace:an analysis of research hotspots

目的:通过CiteSpace软件分析研究医院感染防控热点和变化趋势。方法:运用CiteSpace软件对2018年7月—2021年7月在Web of Science数据库中所发表的有关医院感染防控的文献进行分析。结果:共纳入3019篇文献,美国、英国和中国对医院感染防控的研究最为广泛,研究机构以高校居多,从期刊发文量来看,期刊发文量最多的期刊是Infectious Diseases。从作者合作、关键词共现和聚类方面来看,作者之间缺乏合作,多数作者的合作限于同一机构内,国际间的合作相对较少。结论:医院感染防控是医院感染管理研究的重点,其研究热点为流行病、手卫生、危险因素、防控举措等,研究者之间的联系不够紧密,建议进一步加强合作,实现资源共享,共创医院感染防控体系。

Objective:To analyze the hotspots and trends of nosocomial infection prevention and control by using CiteSpace software.Methods:Literature on nosocomial infection prevention and control were retrieved from the Web of Science database from July 2018 to July 2021.CiteSpace software was used to analyze quantitatively and visually.Results:A total of 3019 papers were included.The United States,the United Kingdom,and China had the most extensive research on nosocomial infection prevention and control;most of the research institutions were universities;the journal with the largest publications was Infectious Diseases.From the perspective of author cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,and clustering,there was a lack of cooperation among authors,most of the cooperations were limited to the same institutions,and there was relatively little international cooperation.Conclusions:Nosocomial infection prevention and control was the focus of nosocomial infection management researches.The research hotspots were epidemics,hand hygiene,risk factors,prevention and control measures,etc.The connection among researchers was not close enough.Researchers should strengthen cooperation further and realize resource sharing,in order to create a system of nosocomial infection prevention and control.
