绿豆资源萌发期抗旱指标筛选及抗旱性鉴定 被引量:1

Screening of Drought Resistant Index and Identification of Drought Resistance in Mung Bean Resources at Germination Stage

摘要 发芽期干旱严重会影响绿豆的生长发育及产量,筛选发芽期的关键抗旱指标、评价不同绿豆资源的抗旱性,对于绿豆抗旱育种具有借鉴意义。以40份绿豆资源为研究对象,利用15%PEG 6000模拟干旱条件,测定不同绿豆资源的发芽率(RGR)、发芽势(RGP)、发芽指数(RGI)、根长(RRL)、活力指数(RVI)、鲜质量(RFW)、丙二醛(RMDA)和可溶性蛋白(RSP)含量指标,计算各指标的变异系数、相关关系,运用隶属函数法综合评价40份绿豆资源的抗旱等级,通过类平均法对40份绿豆资源进行聚类分析。结果表明,在15%PEG 6000处理条件下,40份绿豆资源抗旱性差异明显;由变异系数分析结果可知,RGP和RVI变异系数高达69%,说明RGP和RVI可作为抗旱性评价的优良指标;基于隶属函数法对40份绿豆资源进行抗旱性综合评分,得到LD14、LD16和LD28共3份资源的抗旱性高于对照品种(榆绿1号);通过聚类分析,结果将40份绿豆资源科划分为四大类,其中IV类较对照组抗旱性高,包括LD16、LD28和LD40。通过对40份绿豆资源进行综合抗旱性评价及分类,最终得到抗旱材料3份,不抗旱材料20份,一般抗旱性资源13份,中等抗旱资源4份。 Drought at the germination stage seriously affects the growth,development,and yield of mung bean.Screening key drought resistance indexes at the germination stage and evaluating the drought resistance of different mung bean resources are of reference significance for mung bean drought resistance breeding.In this study,under 15%PEG 6000 treatment for simulating drought conditions,the germination rate(RGR),germination potential(RGP),germination index(RGI),root length(RRL),vigor index(RVI),fresh weight(RFW),content of malondialdehyde(RMDA),and soluble protein(RSP)of different mung bean resources were measured to further calculate the coefficient of variation and correlation of each index.The drought resistance grade of 40 mung bean resources was comprehensively evaluated by subordinate function method.The Cluster analysis of 40mung bean resources was carried out by the class average method.The results showed that under 15%PEG 6000 treatment,the drought resistance of 40 mung bean resources was significantly different.The coefficient of variation of RGP and RVI was as high as 69%,indicating that RGP and RVI could be used as excellent indexes for drought resistance evaluation.Based on the subordinate function method,the drought resistance of 40 mung bean resources was scored comprehensively.The drought resistance of 3 resources,LD14,LD16,and LD28,was higher than that of the control variety(Yulü1).The 40 mung bean resources were divided into 4 categories by clustering,of which the drought resistance of class IV was higher than that of the control group,including LD16,LD28,and LD40.Through the comprehensive drought resistance evaluation and classification of 40 mung bean resources,this study finally obtained 3 drought-resistant materials,20 non-drought-resistant materials,13ordinary drought-resistant resources,and 4 medium drought-resistant resources.
