The demand for sewage treatment is accompanied by the birth of the city. With the development of the city,requirements for the effluent quality after sewage treatment are also constantly improving, and More and more sewage treatment plants are upgraded, among which MBR process is commonly used. This paper first analyzes the background of upgrading and transformation of sewage treatment plants,then discusses in detail the principles of upgrading and transformation of sewage treatment plants, clarifies the applicability of MBR process in upgrading and transformation of sewage treatment plants, and finally analyzes the upgrading and transformation of MBR sewage treatment process around the actual case of sewage treatment plants, in order to provide references for similar projects.
