在房屋建筑施工中,任何一项施工环节的实施,都需要相关施工技术的支持,土石方开挖是房建工程桩基施工中必不可少的作业环节,而水磨钻施工技术在房建工程桩基开挖中的应用较为广泛。基于此,文章首先简明扼要地分析水磨钻施工技术原理及其优势,继而以某实际工程为案例,从施工准备、测量放线、水磨钻取芯等全流程深入探讨水磨钻土石方开挖方法与施工注意事项,以期对相关单位有所帮助。

In housing building construction, the implementation of any construction link needs the support of relevant construction technologies. Earthwork excavation is an indispensable part of pile foundation construction in housing construction projects, and the water grinding drill construction technology is widely used in pile foundation excavation of housing construction projects. Based on this, this paper first briefly analyzes the principle and advantages of water grinding drill construction technology, and then takes a practical project as a case to discuss the water grinding drill earthwork excavation method and construction precautions from the whole process of construction preparation, measuring unreeling and water grinding drill coring, hoping to help the relevant units.
