摘要
在公路桥梁项目实际建设和施工过程中,挂篮施工是影响建设质量的核心因素,该技术能够直接影响整体悬臂浇筑和施工各个环节的质量安全,甚至会对桥梁整体稳定性带来不良影响,因此施工企业和技术人员将挂篮的设计、安装、前移、混凝土浇筑作为重要施工内容,以确保后续施工能够顺利开展。文章首先概述连续梁挂篮施工技术,并且结合连续梁挂篮施工技术优势,对连续梁挂篮施工技术中的钢筋工程施工、合龙段施工、混凝土施工等施工环节的具体应用进行分析,总结连续梁挂篮施工技术优化策略,提出要加强技术交底、完善施工方案、强化质量控制,以保障公路桥梁连续梁挂篮施工质量。
In the actual construction and construction process of highway bridge projects, the hanging basket construction is the core factor affecting the construction quality. This technology can directly affect the quality and safety of the whole cantilever pouring and all construction links, and even adversely affect the overall stability of the bridge. Therefore,the construction enterprises and technicians take the design,installation, forward movement and concrete pouring of the hanging basket as important construction contents to ensure that the subsequent construction can be carried out smoothly. This paper first outlines the continuous beam hanging basket construction technology, and analyzes the specific application of the construction links such as reinforcement engineering construction, closure section construction, and concrete construction in the continuous beam hanging basket construction technology combined with its advantages, summarizes the optimization strategy of continuous beam hanging basket construction technology, and puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen the technical disclosure, improve the construction scheme and strengthen the quality control,so as to ensure the quality of continuous beam hanging basket construction of highway bridges.
