Analysis of the Application Status and Development Trend of BIM Technology in Prefabricated Buildings

面对现阶段我国建筑行业发展的多项壁垒,工业化及数字化的建造模式成为传统建筑行业转型发展的主要方向。装配式建筑以其标准化、精细化的建造特点与BIM技术的核心优势高度匹配。因此,结合BIM技术的装配式建筑为行业的转型提供了技术支撑。文章从设计阶段、施工管理、成本管理三个方面综述了BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用现状。针对BIM技术的实际应用情况,总结了BIM技术在装配式建筑应用中存在的问题,展望了BIM技术在装配式体系中的发展趋势,以供相关研究人员参考。

Faced with a number of barriers to the development of China’s construction industry at this stage, industrialization and digital construction mode have become the main direction of the transformation and development of the traditional construction industry. With its standardized and refined construction characteristics, the prefabricated building is highly matched with the core advantages of BIM technology. Therefore, prefabricated buildings combined with BIM technology provide technical support for the transformation of the industry. This paper summarizes the application status of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings from three aspects: design stage, construction management and cost management. In view of the practical application of BIM technology, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings,and looks forward to the development trend of BIM technology in prefabricated systems for the reference of relevant researchers.
