摘要
在预制T梁的施工生产中,T梁混凝土外表面气泡是影响构件外观效果和内在质量的主要因素。文章通过对S320汉寿新兴至常德经开区何家坪公路项目20 m预制T梁的外表面气泡产生原因进行分析,提出采取优化原材料及配合比、调整外加剂和脱模剂、改进施工工艺等措施,有效地减少混凝土外表面气泡的产生,从而提高预制T梁的外观效果和内在质量,并为其他类似工程提供施工经验。
In the construction and production of precast T-beams, the bubbles on the external surface of T-beam concrete are the main factors affecting the appearance and internal quality of components. Based on the analysis of the causes of bubbles on the external surface of 20 m precast T-beam in Hejiaping highway project from S320 Hanshou Xinxing to Changde Economic Development Zone, this paper proposes to take measures such as optimizing raw materials and mix proportion, adjusting additives and release agents,and improving construction technology to effectively reduce the generation of bubbles on the external surface of concrete,so as to improve the appearance and internal quality of precast T-beams, and provide construction experience for other similar projects.
