Analysis of Quality Supervision Measures in Different Construction Stages of Building Engineering——Taking Guangyao Hexi Project as an Example

在建筑工程施工中,能否将工程管理工作落实到位尤为重要。加强工程施工工序的质量监管是加强项目工程各施工环节的细节监管、强化建筑工程施工全过程质量控制、降低风险因素带来负面影响的重要手段。对此,文章简单介绍了建筑工程施工工序质量监管的主要内容,然后结合光耀和玺项目工程,就建筑工程施工工序实施前、落实阶段、验收阶段的质量监管措施进行了分析,以供相关研究人员参考。

In the construction of building engineering, it is particularly important to implement the engineering management work. Strengthening the quality supervision of construction procedures is an important means to strengthen the detailed supervision of each construction link of the project,to strengthen the quality control of the whole construction process and to reduce the negative impact of risk factors. In this regard, this paper briefly introduces the main contents of the quality supervision of the construction procedures of the building engineering, and then analyzes the quality supervision measures before the implementation of the construction procedures of the building engineering, in the implementation stage and the acceptance stage combined with Guangyao Hexi project for the reference of relevant researchers.
