建筑施工塔吊安全事故分析与防护措施研究

摘要 塔式起重机作为在施工现场得到广泛应用的特种机械设备,其起重高度大,负载通大,受力情况复杂,安拆频率较高。由于相关人员缺乏安全意识、违章不当操作、维护缺失、管理不善,或者塔式起重机本身缺陷原因,塔式起重机事故频频发生,给国家和社会造成很大的经济损失和人员伤害。基于此,文章针对建筑施工塔吊安全事故,分析其常见的类型,如塔吊整体倒塌事故、塔吊塔臂折断坠落事故,在此基础上分析建筑施工塔吊安全事故产生的原因,并针对性提出做好安全装置配置与调试工作、提升塔吊操作人员专业素养等安全事故防护措施,以供参考。 As a special mechanical equipment widely used in the construction site, tower crane has large lifting height,large load, complex stress conditions and high frequency of installation and disassembly. Due to the lack of safety awareness of relevant personnel, illegal operation, lack of maintenance, poor management, or defects of the tower crane itself, tower crane accidents occur frequently, causing great economic losses and personal injuries to the country and society. Based on this, this paper analyzes the common types of tower crane safety accidents in construction, such as the tower crane overall collapse accident and the tower crane arm broken and falling accidents. On this basis, it analyzes the causes of tower crane safety accidents in construction,and puts forward targeted safety accident protective measures, such as doing a good job in safety device configuration and debugging, improving the professional quality of tower crane operators for reference.
