国家安全视域下高校图书馆助力学生信息素养提升举措分析

Analysis on the Measures Taken by Libraries in Universities and Colleges to Help Students Improve Information Literacy from the Perspective of National Security

国家安全涉及国计民生、百姓福祉和民族大业,事关国家、社会和家庭的安危;而高校是培养社会主义事业建设者的重要阵地,加强高校的国家安全和信息素养教育势在必行。在国家安全视域下提升高校学生信息素养具有很强的时代性和使命感,图书馆作为高校信息采集、信息存储、信息加工等活动的重要场所,应主动积极参与信息素养教育的实践探索。基于此,文章首先介绍信息素养的内涵、分析高校大学生信息素养现状,然后基于高校图书馆助力学生信息素养提升的优势,提出国家安全视域下高校图书馆助力学生信息素养提升的举措,以供参考。

National security involves the national economy,people’s livelihood, people’s well-being and national development, which concerns the safety of the country, society and family. Colleges and universities are important places for cultivating socialist builders. It is imperative to strengthen national security and information literacy education in colleges and universities. It has a strong sense of times and mission to improve students’ information literacy in colleges and universities from the perspective of national security.As an important place for information collection, storage and processing in colleges and universities, libraries should actively participate in the practice of information literacy education. Based on this, this paper first introduces the connotation of information literacy, analyzes the current situation of students’ information literacy in colleges and universities.Then, based on the advantages of libraries in colleges and universities to help students improve their information literacy, it puts forward the measures for libraries in colleges and universities to help students improve their information literacy from the perspective of national security for reference.
