摘要
文章从人民渠(101铁路—西五环路)段河道现状防洪能力不足的背景出发,根据人民渠规划防洪标准、规划设计洪峰流量和河道断面尺寸进行水面线推算,据此对标准洪水下河道冲刷程度进行分析,并结合生态治河理念确定河道防护形式和防护材料,以确保在达到河道规划防洪标准的基础上同时兼顾生态要求。
Based on the background of insufficient flood control capacity of the river channel in Renmin Canal( 101Railway-West Fifth Ring Road) section, the water surface profile is calculated according to the planned flood control standard, the planned flood peak flow and the river section size of Renmin Canal. Based on this, the degree of river channel scouring under standard flood is analyzed, and the river channel protection form and protection materials are determined in combination with the concept of ecological river management, so as to ensure that the ecological requirements are taken into account on the basis of meeting the planned flood control standard of the river channel.
