学术期刊如何实现数字出版的内涵式发展--基于数字出版历史演进及现状分析

How to Realize the Connotative Development of Digital Publishing of Academic Journals--Based on the Historical Evolution and Current Situation Analysis of Digital Publishing

我国学术期刊数字出版经历了印后电子化、预印本、优先出版和网络首发四种模式。预印本平台实现了学术成果的“速发”“首发”,优先出版和网络首发则进一步规范了数字出版的形态。但在我国现行的学术成果认定机制下,学术期刊缺少深化数字出版的内核动力和外延助力,严重制约了数字出版发展进程。学术期刊应充分发挥学术引领作用,形成数字出版主体意识,从而打破现有的政策机制桎梏和市场运营劣势;要有意识地加快数字出版融合发展平台构建,并充分发挥人的主观能动性,针对数字出版的形态特征培养多元化的编辑人才,利用学术期刊的品牌价值和编辑队伍的数字出版及策划能力打造学术共同体,真正推动学术期刊数字出版内涵式发展。

The digital publishing of academic journals in China has experienced four modes:post press electronization,preprint,priority publishing and network launch.The preprint platform has realized the“rapid release”and“launch”of academic achievements,and priority publishing and network launch have further standardized the form of digital publishing.However,under the current recognition mechanism of academic achievements in China,academic journals lack the core power and extension assistance to deepen digital publishing,which seriously restricts the development process of digital publishing.Academic journals should give full play to their academic leading role and form the subject consciousness of digital publishing,so as to break the shackles of existing policy mechanisms and market operation disadvantages;We should consciously speed up the construction of the integrated development platform of digital publishing,give full play to people's subjective initiative,cultivate diversified editorial talents according to the morphological characteristics of digital publishing,use the brand value of academic journals and the digital publishing and planning ability of editorial teams to build an academic community,and truly promote the connotative development of digital publishing of academic journals.
