摘要
绝缘电阻常数是XLPE绝缘电力电缆重要的电气性能,反映了电缆承受热击穿和电击穿的能力。多年检测发现,不同试验人员测试的试验数据一致性并不理想。文章通过建立绝缘电阻常数的测量不确定度的数学模型,对测量过程中的重点相关分量进行分析,并对其测量不确定度进行评定和分析。
Insulation resistance constant is an important electrical performance of XLPE insulated power cable,which reflects the ability of the cable to withstand thermal breakdown and electric breakdown.Through years of testing,it is found that the consistency of test data tested by different testers is not ideal.By establishing the mathematical model of the measurement uncertainty of insulation resistance constant,this paper analyzes the key relevant components in the measurement process,evaluates and analyzes the measurement uncertainty.
