摘要
为解决综掘工作面局部通风系统智能化水平低、“一风吹”现象突出的问题,研究了基于TMS320F28335控制器的智能局部通风机管控系统,结合综掘工作面瓦斯涌出特点、局部通风理论,运用模糊控制、变频调速技术实现了局部通风机智能管控系统,同时设计了局部通风机智能管控系统人机界面,完成了试验验证和试运行。结果表明,该智能局部通风机管控系统极大地提升了综掘工作面通风监测系统的智能化水平,实现了自适应调速,达到了节能降耗运行的目的,保证了局部通风系统安全、可靠、稳定运行。
In order to solve the problems such as low intelligent level of the local ventilation system on the comprehensively-mining work face and the prominent phenomenon of "one-time gas exhaust", the paper researched the intelligent control system for the local ventilator based on TMS320F28335 controller, and applied the fuzzy control and the frequency conversion speed regulation technology to realize the intelligent control system for the local ventilator in combination with gas exhaust characteristic on the comprehensivelymining work face and the local ventilation theory. Meanwhile, the human-machine interface of the intelligent control system for the local ventilator was designed, and test verification and trial operation were completed.The results showed the intelligent control system for the local ventilator greatly enhanced the intelligent level of the ventilation monitoring system on the comprehensively-mining work face, realized the adaptive speed regulation, achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, and guaranteed the safe, reliable and stable operation of the local ventilation system.
