The report of the 20th national congress of the CPC point out that high-qualitydevelopment is the primary task of building a socialist modern country.Regional harmonious development should focus on the theme of high quality,based on new stage of development,carry out the new concept of development and integrate into the new development pattern in the new era and new journey.From the three aspects of building a new development pattern,adhering to high-quality guidance and accelerating urban-rural integration,the paper puts forward countermeasures to promote regional coordinated high-quality development.
