摘要
结合电网一次调频考核标准及机组实际动作数据,明确提升机组一次调频积分电量贡献指数的关键是提升机组前15 s的负荷动作量。利用飞轮储能动作速度快、机械设备寿命长的特点,提出基于长时间机组一次调频性能考核指标数据的飞轮储能容量配置方法,选取典型机组运行数据对方案进行了论证。
The assessment standard of power grid primary frequency control and the actual action data of the unit were analyzed.It is clear that the key to improve the integral power contribution index of unit primary frequency control is to increase the load action of the unit in the first 15 seconds.Taking advantages of fast response speed and long service life of flywheel energy storage(FES),a configuration method of FES capacity based on long-time unit primary frequency control performance evaluation index data was proposed,and the operation data of typical units were selected to demonstrate the scheme.
