我国终身教育政策助力高校继续教育转型的发展策略

终身教育既是培育高素质卫生人才的重要理念,也是促进高校继续教育事业转型发展的保证。在新时代,我国持续推出具有可行性的终身教育政策,弥补传统继续教育体系的缺陷,为继续教育院校学员的发展提供政策支持。简要探究我国终身教育政策发展的价值取向,针对终身教育政策助力高校继续教育转型存在的问题,提出转变高校继续教育发展理念、强化管理技术应用效能、发挥地方高校继续教育特色等策略,为发挥终身教育政策的功能,解决培育卫生人才过程中出现的问题,促进高校继续教育转型发展提出具有实效性的建议。

Lifelong education is an important concept for cultivating high-quality health talents,and it is also a guarantee for promoting the transformation and development of continuing education in colleges and universities.In the new era,China continues to introduce feasible lifelong education policies to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional continuing education system and provide policy support for the development of students in continuing education institutions.This article briefly explores the value orientation of the development of lifelong education policy in China,and proposes strategies such as changing the concept of continuing education development in colleges and universities,strengthening the efficiency of applying management technology,and giving full play to the characteristics of continuing education in local colleges and universities,so as to give suggestions for lifelong education policies to function and to help to solve the problems in the process of cultivating health talents,to promote the transformation and development of continuing education in colleges and universities.
