目前,人民生活水平逐步提升,各行各业不断追求高质量发展,而这一需求需要大量的高质量人才。随着时代的推进,我国经济发展已实施了较大的物质资源投入,在此前提下,物资的投入已难以使经济发展获得进一步的提升,有鉴于此,挖掘人力资源的重要性被凸显出来。人力资源的培养与积累需要一个漫长的过程,不仅针对学龄阶段的学生,在毕业之后更要针对已经参加工作的人员。探讨如何在高等继续教育这一重要环节抓好人才培养问题,实现对社会提供高质量人才的目标。当前,高等继续教育不容乐观,依然存在一系列挑战。需要针对问题找出相应对策,为高等继续教育发展提供较大的推动力。

At present,living standards are gradually improving,and in all walks of life high-quality development is pursued,which requires a large number of high-quality talents.With the advancement of the times,China’s economic development has received a large input of material resources.Under this premise,the input of materials has been difficult to further promote economic development.In view of this,the importance of tapping human resources has been highlighted.The cultivation and accumulation of human resources need a long process,not only for students at school age,but also for those who have already worked after graduation.This paper discusses how to do a good job in personnel training in the important link of higher continuing education,so as to achieve the goal of providing high-quality talents to the society.However,at present,the higher continuing education is not optimistic,and there are still a series of challenges.It is necessary to find out corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems and provide greater impetus for the development of the country’s higher continuing education.
