摘要
我国社区教育的发展基本上是遵循着“从项目化到品牌化”的基本路线,形成了“以品牌建设为中心”和“以项目推进为导向”的发展理念。并且,社区教育的品牌建设与社区教育的高质量发展,已经形成了相互印证、相互折射进而到相互促进、相互提升逻辑关系。因此,构建社区教育质量文化,以品牌建设为突破口和观测点,围绕高标准内涵建设、高质量全面发展和高水平的学习支持服务,紧扣社区教育内涵各项要素,以适应各个不同价值主体的需求,让社区教育资源充分融合、共享,最终达成学习者的有效学习、快乐学习、幸福学习,从而构建社区教育的质量文化。
The development of community education in China follows the“from-project-to-brand”basic line,and forms the development ideas of“taking brand construction as the center”and“taking project promotion as the guidance”.Moreover,a logical relationship of mutual reflection,refraction and promotion has been formed in brand construction and high-quality development of community education.Therefore,it is necessary to construct quality culture of community education,taking brand-building as the breakthrough and observation point,with a focus on the construction of high-standard content,high-quality all-round development and high-level learning support services.All elements of connotation of community education should be attended in order to meet the needs of different value subjects,and the community education resources should be fully integrated and shared so as to achieve effective learning,fun learning and happy learning,so as to construct the quality culture of community education.
