高校继续教育校企合作是新形势下继续教育创新发展的必然选择,是促进继续教育教学改革的必由之路,也是提高人才培养质量、弥合人才市场供需矛盾的应然之策。针对我国高校继续教育校企合作认识不充分、运行机制不顺畅、知识更新不及时以及办学保障不完善等现实困境,提出相应优化路径。运用“互联网+”思维,加快观念变革,提高校企合作认可度,理顺机制,优化校企合作办学环境,加强高校课程内涵式建设,提高校企合作吸引力,开放思维办学,落实保障措施,促进校企合作长期可持续发展。

College-enterprise cooperation in continuing education is an inevitable choice for the development of continuing education innovation under the new situation,an essential way to promote the reform of continuing education and a necessary strategy to improve the quality of personnel training and bridge the contradiction between supply and demand in the talent market.Facing unsustainable development,this essay proposes corresponding paths to address the real dilemmas of college-enterprise cooperation in the new era,such as backward public perceptions,insufficient operation mechanism,untimely knowledge renewal and imperfect school-running guarantee.We,with the thought of“Internet+”,should accelerate conceptual changes to increase the recognition of college-enterprise cooperation,straighten out the mechanism to optimize the environment of the cooperation,build up the construction of curriculum connotation to enhance the attraction of university-enterprise cooperation,and carry out guarantee measures with an open mind to sustain a long-term development of university-enterprise cooperation.
