果酸换肤联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的效果及对心理状态、生活质量及氧化应激指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析果酸换肤联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的效果及对心理状态、生活质量及氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取本院2020年5月至2021年5月收治的102例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,根据摸球法将其分为对照组(n=51,大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗)和观察组(n=51,果酸换肤联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的黄褐斑面积、颜色评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的黄褐斑生活质量评分量表(MELA-SQOL)各维度评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的P物质(SP)、促黑素细胞激素(MSH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论果酸换肤联合大光斑低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的效果确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状、心理状态及生活质量,减轻氧化应激反应,调整激素水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of fruit acid peeling combined with large light spot low-energy Q-switched Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma and its influences on psychological status,quality of life and oxidative stress indicators.Methods A total of 102 patients with chloasma admitted in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=51,large light spot low-energy Q-switched Nd:YAG laser treatment)and observation group(n=51,fruit acid peeling combined with large light spot low-energy Q-switched Nd:YAG laser treatment)according to the ball touching method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of chloasma area and color in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of Melasma Quality of Life Scale(MELA-SQOL),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of substance P(SP)and melanocyte stimulating hormone(MSH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fruit acid peeling combined with large light spot low-energy Q-switched Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma has a definite effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,psychological status and quality of life of patients,reduce oxidative stress reaction,and adjust hormones levels,with high clinical application value.
