早期标准化活动方案结合5A护理模式在ICU机械通气患者中的应用效果

Application effect of early standardized activity plan combined with 5A nursing mode in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation

目的探讨早期标准化活动方案结合5A护理模式在重症监护室(ICU)机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年3月我院96例ICU机械通气患者作为研究对象,按护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予早期标准化活动方案结合5A护理模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的机械通气时间、肌力恢复正常时间、ICU住院时间短于对照组,吸痰次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率、下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的血栓调节蛋白(TM)、凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物-抑制剂复合物(t-PAIC)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期标准化活动方案结合5A护理模式可有效改善ICU机械通气患者通气状态,缩短ICU住院时间,降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of early standardized activity plan combined with 5A nursing mode in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 96 ICU patients with mechanical ventilation of our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing plans,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given early standardized activity plan combined with 5A nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The mechanical ventilation time,muscle strength recovery time and ICU hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the sputum aspiration times was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events and incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of thrombomodulin(TM),thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT)and tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor complex(t-PAIC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early standardized activity plan combined with 5A nursing mode can effectively improve the ventilation status of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation,shorten the ICU hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.
