合理情绪疗法结合基于代谢当量的运动康复护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心肺功能、健康行为及生活质量的影响

Effects of rational emotional therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation nursing based on metabolic equivalent on cardiopulmonary function,health behavior and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨合理情绪疗法结合基于代谢当量的运动康复护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心肺功能、健康行为及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的70例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例,常规护理干预)和观察组(35例,常规护理干预+合理情绪疗法结合基于代谢当量的运动康复护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的公斤氧耗量、最大氧耗量、运动中通气量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的心理、运动、健康责任评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的情感、身体活动、症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪疗法结合基于代谢当量的运动康复护理有助于改善老年慢性心力衰竭患者的心肺功能、健康行为及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of rational emotional therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation nursing based on metabolic equivalent on cardiopulmonary function,health behavior and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(35 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(35 cases,routine nursing intervention+rational emotional therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation nursing based on metabolic equivalent)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the kilogram oxygen consumption,maximum oxygen consumption and ventilation during exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychology,exercise and health responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of emotion,physical activity and symptom in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational emotional therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation nursing based on metabolic equivalent can help improve the cardiopulmonary function,health behavior and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
