摘要
SIRT3是定位于细胞线粒体内的Sirtuins家族成员,是一种依赖于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)的组蛋白去乙酰化酶。SIRT3通过维持线粒体功能的稳定及对细胞生物学活性的保护在糖尿病肾病中发挥重要作用。糖尿病肾病的发病机制非常复杂,与线粒体功能失调、自噬功能障碍、氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗等有关。本文综述SIRT3在糖尿病肾病中的作用研究进展。
SIRT3 is a member of the Sirtuins family located in cell mitochondria,and it is a histone deacetylase dependent on nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+).SIRT3 plays an important role in diabetes kidney disease by maintaining the stability of mitochondrial function and protecting the biological activity of cells.The pathogenesis of diabetes kidney disease is very complex,which is related to mitochondrial dysfunction,autophagy dysfunction,oxidative stress,insulin resistance and so on.This article reviews the research progress of the role of SIRT3 in diabetes kidney disease.
