模拟超声技能培训在住院医师规范化培训中的实践应用

Practical Application of Simulated Ultrasound Skill Training in the Standardized Training of Residents in Ultrasound Medicine

超声医学专业住院医师规范化培训(住培)是医学影像专业规范化培训的重要组成部分,其与放射医学和核医学等影像专业的实践教学具有很大差异,不仅表现在它们的成像理论基础不同,还主要体现在对学员的实践操作等方面的要求和培训。鉴于目前的超声医师培养模式和超声医学专业住培学员教育背景的多样性特点,如何更好的对超声医学住院医师进行规范化培训对其今后的临床上机工作至关重要。文中通过对四川大学华西医院超声医学科针对初级超声医学住院医师的临床上机前培训过程,主要包括模拟实践教学培训内容、培训前准备、超声住培医师实践训练和超声模拟实践教学考核等方面进行总结分享,希望能够对全国超声医学专业住院医师临床技能培训提供更多的经验。

The standardized residency training of ultrasound medicine is an important part of the standardized training of medical imaging, which is significant different from the practice teaching of radiology and nuclear medicine, not only in their difference of imaging theoretical basis, but also mainly reflected in the requirements and training of practical operation. Considering that the current training mode of ultrasound physicians and the diversity of educational background of the residents in ultrasound medicine, how to better carry out standardized training of ultrasound residents is very important for their future clinical practice. This paper summarizes and shares the pre-clinical training process for primary ultrasound residents in the department of ultrasound medicine, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, which mainly includes training contents of simulated practice teaching, preparation before training, practical training of ultrasound residents and evaluation of ultrasonic simulated practice teaching, hoping to provide more experience for the clinical skill training of ultrasound residents in China.
