南海西部油田高温压裂液体系研究与应用

Research and application of high temperature fracturing fluid system in West Nanhai oilfield

摘要 针对南海西部油田X井的压裂需求,开展适应的压裂液体系研究与评价。室内通过对稠化剂、交联剂以及不同辅助助剂的浓度及复配性能研究,研发了高温冻胶压裂液体系。该体系的各项指标符合行业标准的技术要求,并且应用于X井的压裂工艺中,现场表现出良好的性能。该井在压裂工艺中创造了海上油田高温条件(150℃)下,最低的稠化剂使用浓度(0.45%)以及最高的施工排量(6m^(3)/min)等多项记录,为南海西部油田压裂开发提供了液体方面的技术保障。 In this paper, according to the fracturing demand of Well X in the western South China Sea oilfield, the research and evaluation of suitable fracturing fluid system were carried out.A high-temperature gel fracturing fluid system was developed through indoor research on the concentration and compounding performance of thickening agent, cross-linking agent and different auxiliary additives.The indexes of this system met the technical requirements of industry standards, and it has been applied to the fracturing technology of Well X,showing good performance on site.In the fracturing process, this well has created a number of records, such as the lowest thickener concentration(0.45%) and the highest construction displacement(6m^(3)/min) under the high temperature condition(150℃) of offshore oil fields, which provided technical support for the fracturing development of western South China Sea oil fields.
