党的二十大报告把“坚持人民至上”作为贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的根本立场。深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神,必须始终坚持人民至上,深刻领会以人民为中心的发展思想和价值理念。坚持人民至上,就要坚持人民主体地位和人民创造精神,坚持发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享、发展结果由人民评判。哲学社会科学工作者要树立人民至上的理念,自觉坚持以人民为中心的研究导向,承担起培根铸魂的神圣使命,面向未来打造“理论社科”“应用社科”“大众社科”“开放社科”“数字社科”,从而构筑起思想高地、智库高地、文明高地、话语高地、智能高地。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)regards"putting the people first"as the fundamental position for implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.In-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC requires always putting the people first with a deep understanding of the people-centered development philosophy and values.We need to act for the people,actively respond to the questions posed by the people,and improve their wellbeing;we must rely on the people and fully use their creativity.Researchers in philosophy and social sciences should have the idea of people first,consciously adhere to the people-centered research orientation,undertake the sacred mission of shaping the national spirit,and create"theoretical social sciences","applied social sciences","mass social sciences","open social sciences"and"digital social sciences"for the future,thus building a highland of thought,think tank,civilization,discourse,and intelligence.
