摘要
实验建立了基质分散固相萃取-UPLC-MSMS法检测牛生鲜乳中的除虫脲、多杀霉素、甲萘威、吡虫啉、啶虫脒5种常用除虫剂残留的分析方法。除虫脲、多杀霉素、甲萘威、吡虫啉、啶虫脒在0.01~5.0μg·mL^(-1)范围线性关系良好,检出限范围为0.003~0.009μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率范围为88.7%~104.3%,方法重复性RSD分别为2.0%、1.7%、1.8%、2.1%和1.6%。实验证明,本实验建立的方法具有针对性强,检测时间短等优点,可以应用于牛生鲜乳中除虫脲、多杀霉素、甲萘威、吡虫啉、啶虫脒残留的快速分析检测。
A matrix dispersion solid phase extraction uplc-msms method was established to determine the residues of five common insecticides in fresh cow milk.The linear relationship of diflubenzuron,doxycycline,carbaryl,imidacloprid and acetamiprid are good in the range of 0.01~5.0μg·mL^(-1),and the detection limit is 0.003~0.009μg·kg^(-1).The recoveries ranged from 88.7%to 104.3%.The RSD of the method was 2.0%,1.7%,1.8%,2.1%and 1.6%,respectively.The experiment shows that the method established in this experiment has the characteristics of strong pertinence and short detection time.It can be applied to the rapid analysis and detection of the residues of diflubenzuron,doxycycline,carbaryl,imidacloprid and Acetamiprid in fresh cow milk.
