摘要
本文建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地表水中铅、镉、汞、砷、铍、锑、钒和钼残留的分析方法。8种元素在0.50~30.0μg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,3种浓度的加标回收率为90.7%~106.0%,相对标准偏差在4%以内(n=6)。本方法操作简便快速,检出限低,精密性和加标回收率满足分析测试要求,可用于地表水中铅、镉、铍、锑等痕量金属残留的分析。
A method for the determination of lead,cadmium,mercury,arsenic,beryllium,antimony,vanadium and molybdenum residues in surface water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.The linear relationship of the eight elements is good in the range of 0.50~30.0μg·L^(-1).The recoveries of the three concentrations are 90.7%~106.0%,and the relative standard deviation is within 4%(n=6).The method has the advantages of simple and rapid operation,low detection limit,precision and standard addition recovery.It can be used for the analysis of trace metal residues such as lead,cadmium,beryllium and antimony in surface water.
