气相色谱质谱法同时测定土壤中氟虫腈、啶虫脒和溴虫腈残留

摘要 采用快速溶剂提取-气相色谱质谱法同时测定土壤中氟虫腈、啶虫脒和溴虫腈的残留,并对提取温度和萃取试剂进行优化探讨。实验表明,3种农药残留的标准曲线的线性相关良好,方法检出限均为0.03mg·kg^(-1),样品加标回收率在88.6%~103.5%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。本方法操作步骤简便快捷,检出限低,加标回收率和精密度良好,适用于土壤中氟虫腈、啶虫脒和溴虫腈等农药的痕量残留测定。 The residues of fipronil,acetamiprid and bromofipronil in soil were determined by rapid solvent extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the extraction temperature and extraction reagent were optimized.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves of the three pesticides were good,the detection limits of the methods were 0.03mg·kg-1,the recoveries of the samples were 88.6%~103.5%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.The method has the advantages of simple and rapid operation steps,low detection limit,good recovery and precision.It is suitable for the determination of trace residues of fipronil,acetamiprid and bromofipronil in soil.
