摘要
深化产教协同育人,既是政策的要求,也是产业的需求。为解决当前产教融合资源不足、层次不深、水平不高等问题,高职院校必须整合现有资源,建设高端的产教综合体。通过搭建实体化“产、学、研、训、创”的产教融合平台,建立“多元投入、多方共赢”的产教一体化运行机制。基于“技术标准、课程标准、职业标准”,开展“五对接、三递进”的人才培养,构建多赢的产教融合生态圈,落实“平台共建、师资互通、成果共享、教研相长、社会获益”的产教融合机制,实现“政、校、行、企”多方协同育人,产教协同发展。
By building an industry education integration platform of "industry-university-researchtraininginnovation", an industry education integration operation mechanism of "multiple investment and winwin" is established. Based on "technical standards, curriculum standards and professional standards", we carried out "five docking and three progressive" talent training, and built a multi-win ecosystem of industry education integration. The industry education integration mechanism of "platform co-construction, teacher exchange,achievement sharing, mutual benefit of teaching and research and social benefit" has been implemented,and finally the coordinated education of "government, college, industry and enterprise" and the coordinated development of industry and education has been achieved.
