产教融合背景下高职教师实践能力内涵及评价指标构建——以英语教师为例 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校教师实践能力对职业教育质量有着非线性的决定作用,而现有研究中尚未对职校教师实践能力内涵有明确定义,评价指标体系尚不完善。通过文献研究,明确产教融合背景下,职业院校教师实践能力内涵以及专业、实践性特征;以职校英语教师为例,分析其专业领域能力和岗位能力需求,确定了包括4个一级指标8个二级指标以及23个三级指标的实践能力评价体系;通过层次分析法确定每级指标权重。 Higher vocational college(HVC) teachers’ practical competence may have a non-linear impact on the quality of education delivered. However, present researches have failed to come up with a clear definition on what teachers’ practical competence contains and the assessment index system for practical competence is not yet well-developed. Through literature review, considering the integration between industry and education,HVC teachers’ practical competence is clearly defined and its professionalism and practicality are recognized.With HVC teachers of English as an example, the paper analyzes their specific areas of professional practice and requirements on their abilities to perform a job, based on which a three-tier assessment index system for evaluating the practical competence of HVC teacher of English is established. The assessment index system entails 4 top criteria, 8 sub-criteria and 23 alternatives. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is deployed and pair wise comparisons are made to find the importance weights of criteria, hoping to offer reference to relevant researches.
