新时代高职院校职业道德教育的现实审视与质量提升策略 被引量:1

摘要 从新时代职业道德教育的再认识入手,基于文献研究与工作实践,深入审视了新时代高职院校职业道德教育的现状,从中发现,在职业道德教育重视程度、教育理念、课程内容设置、教育实施方法、师资队伍建设、体制机制保障等方面还有很大提升空间。由此,提出高职院校职业道德教育质量提升的策略,即:贯穿立德树人任务,强化育人动力;合理配置教学资源,提高教学张力;创新拓展教育方法,提升教育引力;健全实效考评体系,汇聚教育合力;完善保障支持机制,激发教育活力;以“五力”助推立德树人根本任务的落实。 Starting from the re-understanding of professional ethics education in the new era, based on literature research and work practice, this paper deeply examines the current situation of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges in the new era. There is still much room for improvement in aspects such as emphasis on professional ethics education, educational concepts, curriculum content settings, educational implementation methods, teacher team building, and system and mechanism guarantees. Therefore, a strategy for improving the quality of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges is proposed, namely: stick to the task of establishing morality and cultivating talents, strengthen the motivation of educating people;rationally allocate teaching resources to improve teaching tension;innovate and expand educational methods to enhance the education appeal;improve the actual effect of evaluation system and bring together the joint forces of education;improve the guarantee and support mechanism and stimulate the vitality of education. Thus, the "five forces" help to promote the implementation of the mission of cultivating people.
