平台经济对优化资源配置、促进跨界融通发展、推动产业升级、拓展消费市场、促进大众创业万众创新、增加就业都有其独特的机理和作用,从理论上以及从发达国家和发达地区的实践推断,平台经济能够起到赋能、强体、提质、增效、扩容等积极作用,但对甘肃来说,能否克服后发劣势,充分利用平台经济的正向作用,最大限度避免平台经济发展中诸多失序问题对落后地区的冲击,尤其是最大限度降低平台经济对欠发达地区的“虹吸效应”,促进平台经济健康快速发展,需要在优化平台经济的发展环境、强力推进新型基础设施建设、大力支持平台经济向若干重点领域突破等对策措施方面做出谨慎选择。

The platform economy has the unique mechanism and effect in optimizing resource allocation,promoting cross-border integrated development,boosting industrial upgrading,expanding consumer markets,encouraging mass entrepreneurship and innovation,and increasing employment.Inferring from theory and practice in developed countries and regions,it is true that the platform economy can play a positive role in empowering,strengthening,improving quality,increasing efficiency and expanding capacity.But for Gansu province,in order to overcome the disadvantages of backward development,make full use of the positive effects of the platform economy,avoid the impact of the many disorderly problems in the development of the platform economy on the backward regions to the maximum extent,especially to minimize the“siphon effect”of the platform economy on underdeveloped areas,and promote healthy and rapid development of the platform economy,it is necessary to make cautious choices in many countermeasures,such as optimization of development environment of the platform economy,vigorous promotion of the construction of new infrastructure,and support to the breakthrough of the platform economy in certain key areas.
