Construction of automatic rainwater regime measurement and reporting system for small reservoirs in Anhui Province

水库安全度汛是全国各地防汛抗洪的重中之重,而水库雨水情监测系统作为水库除险的重要非工程措施越来越受到水利管理部门的重视。本文简要分析了安徽省小型水库雨水情自动测报系统建设项目的背景及现状,从建设目标、建设原则、建设内容、建设管理方面分别阐述,进而分析得出项目成效及未来工作。小型水库自动测报系统全遥测的实现,在2020年及2021年暴雨洪水防御过程中发挥了重要作用,为水库调度提供了科学决策依据,有力保障了小型水库度汛安全。

Safety flood control of reservoirs is the top priority of flood control and flood fighting all over the country.As an important non-engineering measure for reservoir risk elimination,reservoir rainwater regime monitoring system has been paid more and more attention to by water conservancy management departments.This paper briefly analyzes the background and current situation of the construction project of automatic rainwater regime measurement and reporting system of small reservoirs in Anhui Province,expounds the construction objectives,construction principles,construction contents and construction management,and then derives the project results and future work.The realization of full telemetry of automatic measurement and reporting system for small reservoirs plays an important role in storm flood prevention in 2020 and 2021,provides scientific decision-making basis for reservoir operation,and effectively ensures the safety of small reservoirs in flood season.
