摘要
烟尘浓度监测仪能够对烟尘浓度进行连续监测,直接反映企业烟尘浓度排放水平。但是在实际运用中由于工厂排产的原因,吹扫装置提供气源不稳定性导致烟尘浓度监测值不准确,监测值异常升高到大于排放标准的概率大大增加。通过分析研究,对吹扫装置系统进行改造,将气源提供由空压机改为小型旋涡风机,采用PLC自动控制解决气源供给与吹扫需要不同步的问题,从而较好地解决监测值不准确的问题,为工厂带来环保效益及经济效益。
The soot concentration monitor can continuously monitor the soot concentration and directly reflect the soot concentration emission level of the enterprise.However,in practical application,due to the factory production scheduling,the instability of the air source provided by the purging device leads to inaccurate monitoring values of the smoke and dust concentration,and the probability of the abnormal increase of the monitoring value to be greater than the emission standard greatly increases.Through analysis and research,the purging device system was reformed,the air supply was changed from an air compressor to a small whirlpool fan,and the PLC automatic control was used to solve the problem that the air supply and purging need not be synchronized,so as to better solve the problem of inaccurate monitoring values and bring environmental and economic benefits to the factory.
