应用型本科高校图书馆智慧服务探索——以江苏省部分图书馆为例

Exploring Intelligent Services of Applied Undergraduate University Libraries——A Case Study of Some Libraries in Jiangsu Province

伴随大数据、人工智能、物联网等新一代技术的广泛应用,图书馆智慧服务建设成为高校图书馆的发展方向和追求目标。但是,在江苏应用型本科高校图书馆智慧服务中存在着个性化推荐服务缺乏、学科服务能力较弱、文献传递质量不高等问题,制约了图书馆智慧服务建设步伐。因此,高校应该采取积极措施,通过个性化推荐服务的建立,学科服务能力的提升,文献服务质量的提高,提升应用型高校图书馆智慧服务的水平。

With the wide application of new generation technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence and Internet of things,construction of intelligent library services is the development direction and goal of university libraries.However,lack of personalized recommendation services,low ability of subject services and poor quality of literature delivery restrict the construction pace of library intelligent services in Jiangsu applied undergraduate university libraries.Therefore,colleges and universities should take active measures to improve intelligent services of such libraries by providing personalized recommendation services,and improving discipline service ability and literature service qualities.
