危废焚烧配伍模型的构建研究

Study on the Model of Hazardous Waste Incineration Compatibility

针对水泥窑危险废物处置和处理标准,提出了危险废物焚烧配伍模型,将热值较高的危险废物作为替代燃料,热值较低的危险废物作为替代原料,并利用危险废物焚烧配伍模型对配伍方案进行验证。针对危险废物CaO含量较低和含水率较高的危废物,可以采用添加生石灰或CaO的方式降低含水率,然后将其作为替代原料进行处置。

Aiming at the disposal and treatment standards of hazardous wastes in cement kilns,a hazardous waste incineration compatibility model is proposed,in which hazardous wastes with higher calorific value are used as alternative fuels and hazardous wastes with lower calorific value are used as alternative raw materials,and the compatibility scheme is verified by using the hazardous waste incineration compatibility model.For hazardous wastes with low CaO content and high water content,quicklime or CaO can be added to reduce the water content,and then they can be treated as alternative raw materials.
